We are excited to introduce two new Abilities Groups to our Term 4 timetable.
Karaoke and Komedy
Karaoke and Komedy will be a new social group run from the auditorium stage of The RYSS Youth Hub in Gosford. Do you love to sing? Do you love to make people laugh? This is the group you have been waiting for. Sing along with a fun filled group of participants who love music and comedy. You will have the chance to perform your favourite song or comedy act in the eighth week and showcase the skills and confidence you have gained over the program.
RYSS Youth Hub: Thursdays 3:30-5:30, starting Thursday 20th October
Wellness Warriors
Are you in need of some mindfulness to soothe your soul? Look no further as we have a group for you. Come along and learn how to meditate, practice mindful exercises such as drawing/writing, mindful eating, learning emotions, time away from technology, and ways to calm yourself in stressful or triggering situations - all with our experienced and trained Facilitator.
RYSS Wyoming: Wednesdays 3:30-5:30, starting from the 19th October
